Shenzhen Rewoda Electronics Co., Ltd was established in 2003. We have over 600 employees, and our manufacturing base was constructed in Ganzhou, Jiangxi, covering an area of nearly 50,000 square meters. The base was put into mass production in 2014, with a planning capacity of chargers and USB cables reaching 10 million pieces monthly. We also plan to open a new manufacturing plant in a Southeast Asian country. We are certified by ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001:2015 and are a WPC member.
More than 600 Well-trained Employees
Our factory, covering an area of 50,000 square meters, is supported by modern SMT assembly lines and automated machines. It specializes in small and medium power adapters, retail chargers, and data cables. We adhere to keeping focused and staying pragmatic as our operating philosophy and persist in the spirit of craftsman down to the details. All of our resources are centralized to manufacture specialized, elaborate, and fine products in the field of chargers. The monthly output for the power adapter is 200 million units, and for the USB cable, it is 300 million units.
Our Advantages
Rewoda's headquarters is in Shenzhen. Here, we have the R&D center, ID team, production coordination center, sales team, supply chain management center, and even the after-sales service center. In 2012, a new factory was constructed in Guangzhou City, Jiangxi Province, covering an area of nearly 50,000 square meters. The base was put into mass production in 2014, with a planning capacity reaching millions monthly. In order to fully satisfy the need of some urgent orders based on the current diversity market need or the retail mode market, we have also built several production lines for assembling and packaging and even provided the warehouse service in Shenzhen headquarters. All of these are aiming to provide a flexible manufacturing system to enhance the capability of product delivery and also shorten the production time. Constant research in technological innovation keeps costs down and optimizes solutions.
